Poster, ''KAR-MI SELMA, Performing the Most Startling Mystery of All,'' 1914, copyrighted by Joseph B. Hallworth (Chicago, IL), 41” x 28”, VG. Kar-mi was popular and the graphics of his posters are some of the best. The color and imagery of the "Selma Illusion" is perhaps the most popular of his posters. Joseph Hollingsworth was the real name of Kar-mi ,and he proved to be most popular as a vaudeville performer and master magician.
