The author of this rare examination of Judaism, Petrus Cunaeus (1586-1638), was leading Dutch theologian. The title page is dominated by an excellent woodcut showing Moses and a Temple priest. Re-bound in leather, probably in the early 19th century. Sound interior with only light aging.
