It will be read to every Regiment ... It then lists +/- 200 soldiers for Gettysburg, Antietam and other engagements. the listings are mostly Mississippi soldiers heralded at the Battles of Gettysburg, Seven Pines, Gaines’ Farm, 2nd Manassas, Sharpsburg, the Wilderness and more. But all states are acknowledged.
