A South Carolinian is AWOL in 1865, 1p. 4to., partly-printed document Confederate "Bureau of Conscription", War Department, Richmond, Va., Feb. 9, 1865 identifying Pvt. Miliun S. Gentry of Co. K, 5th South Carolina Infantry as absent without leave and indicating that he can be found in Spartansburg. A form document addressed to Brig. Gen. James Chestnut issued by Brig. Gen. John S.
