Features legislation enacted between May 26, 1784 and July 9, 1784, including an act to regulate seamen, to set up a lottery to pay for repairs to a bridge in Watertown, and an act against dueling! Beautiful, early woodcut of the Seal of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on first page. Lightly toned pages with minor foxing throughout, and occasional chipping.
