If one wasn't already working oneself to death on the farm, one might have considered keeping in shape by following the instructions outlined in this handy book. Informative text is augmented by fifty engravings which show the proper form for walking, running, leaping, balancing, climbing, riding, skating, and sailing. The front cover has separated from the spine, however the binding remains intact. Some wear, else VG condition.
