Broadside, WHITE HALL FIRE WORKS, one page, 5" x 8", July 4, 1866, possibly White Hall, West Virginia. Signed in print by Chief Marshall C.J. Arthur, this flyer carries an American flag in color and itemizes the special fireworks to be displayed. Among the pyrotechnics listed are an "Illuminated Wheel", "Algerine Thunder Wheel", Mosaic Filligree", and a "Gallopade of Serpents". The Fourth at its finest! Aging, else Fine condition.
