Thank You card, 4 pages, 4 1/8" x 5 1/4", May 5, 1961. The third panel of this card has a die-cut window containing a portrait of astronaut Alan Shepard wearing full flight gear. On the opposite panel is inscribed the following: "Dear Capt. Stoughton, As I am sending my thanks for the White House picture, I would like to send you my personal greetings. From Alans Parents Col. & Mrs. Alan B. Shepard Sr. Spacetown U.S.A. May 5, 1961." VF condition.
