Lithograph, DEATH OF HARRISON, APRIL 4, A.D. 1841, 11 1/4" x 14 3/4", 1841, published by Nathaniel Currier, New York City. Nathaniel Currier (1813-1888) sold color lithographs under his own name for nearly twenty years before launching a celebrated partnership with James Ives in 1857. This early example of his work is on sound, lightly toned paper and has only the slightest staining on its margins. Very Fine condition.
