High relief, sharply defined detail filling the reverse of this copper token issued for Grant's first presidential campaign 1868. Obverse with fine high relief detailed profile bust and name "GRANT" above. Ropelike border; plain edge. Almost all original silver finish remaining and nice age patina. Identical Sullivan No. USG1868-33. Very fine.
