Typed Letter Signed, “Theodore Roosevelt” 1p. quarto, March 13, 1899, addressed to Thomas Costello, and reads: “...I would like you to look carefully over these matters about amending the two bills. What do you think of them? I think Mr. Gunton’s judgment is excellent. Who has charge of the Bill in the Senate? We ought to push it through at all hazards...” Matted with image of Roosevelt, VG.
