COOPER, Leroy Gordon (b. 1927) U.S. Astronaut, who was the first person to operate a TV camera in space, first pilot-controlled reentry from Space , and was the first man to fly two orbital flights . Inscribed Signed Photograph “To Cecil Stoughton with best wishes Gordon Cooper”, being a fine 8”x10” of Cooper with John F. Kennedy. Stoughton’s handstamp on verso. Fine. Cecil Stoughton was he official White House photographer for Kennedy and Johnson.
