Group of seven (7) 1920’s boxing cards, 3-1/2”x5-1/2”, includes: Jack Dempsey, Gene Tunney, Scene from the Dempsey-Tunney Fight , when Dempsey lost the title in 1926, Table of Comparison with Tunney & Harry Wills, a comparison card with Jack Dempsey and Harry Wills [While heavyweight champion Jack Dempsey welcomed a fight against Wills, and they both signed contracts to face each other, the Govorner of the state of New York canceled the contest fearing that race riots would follow the fight. For compensation, Wills received $50,000 for the cancellation], Freddie Miller [whose unbelievable record was 212 wins to 27 loses with 6 draws and 44 knockouts] and Jack Sharkey [The only man to have fought both Jack Dempsey and Joe Louis. He also defeated Wills in 1926]. All about VG or better. (7 items)
