A good war-date CDV depicting Assistant Paymaster Charles Everett seated while wearing his regulation navy frock coat. On the verso is the photographer's imprint of Wykes, Pittsburg, Pa., and two-cent tax stamp. Some light soiling with usual wear, else very good.
