Document Signed as Czar, 2p. folio, October 25, 1893, it awards the Order of Saint Vladimir, fourth class to two officials of progressive/scientific Imperial Russian Societies and Order of Saint Stanislave, third class to a retired civil servant, a medical doctor and a pharmaceutical professional. Fine.
