EDISON, Thomas (1847 - 1931) American inventor of the electric light, phonograph, typewriter, and microphone, to name a few. Considered perhaps the greatest inventor of the century. Typed Document Signed, “Thos. A Edison” 2 p. quarto, West Orange, NJ, Feb 15, 1921; minutes of a Board of Directors meeting of the Edison Storage Battery Garage, Inc. Business covered at the meeting involved resignation of three officers, and election of replacements as well as two new officers. Signed on the second page by Edison, his son Charles, Stephen Mambert, HF Miller and FC Erwin. Edison founded a vast network of companies whish manufactured and marketed his many inventions. Fine condition.
