Easterling sells a tract of 287 acres for $406.10 to John W. Bradwell. The occupations of both men are noted as "planter". A simple plat showing a tract belonging to Thomas Easterling. Some stains and fading. Good condition...Plus; Partially printed document, 2 pages, folio, May 7, 1853, Charleston, South Carolina. A large and attractive deed for 136 acres to Thomas Easterling. Pre-printed with a large woodcut of the South Carolina State Seal, this document has a manuscript plat of the property stitched to it. An embossed South Carolina Seal is affixed to the lower edge of the item. Overall Fine condition.
