The absolute necessity of our brining more able, young people into our Party organization...their very presence tends to attract others of the same type. 3. The need for developing outstanding candidate material and strengthening the party organization. Every election, muncipal, state and Federal, should receive the full weight of our attention and activity. 4. The importance of developing a truly effective New Voter Program.
