Photograph, 7”x9-1/2”, titled “ONLY SURVIVORS OF THE BATTLE OFSAN JACINTO AND THE MASSACRE OF GOLIAD IN 1836”, depicting six men with “the identical cannon that was the cause of the defeat and massacre of General Fannin and his men at Goliad.” These men are identified by name, age and hometown. Each wears reunion ribbons and one W.P. Zuber holds the Texan flag. Repair at right margin, else about VG. Rare.
