MORRIS, Robert (1734-1806) Signer of Declaration of Independence. Close friend and associate of George Washington, who was in charge of purchasing all supplies for the Continental Army, signed Articles of Confederation for Pennsylvania, Member of Constitutional Convention and was involved in large land speculation. Signature, Robt Morris, 2-3/4x1-1/2, framed with image of him, an image of Congress, and a brass plate with brief biography. Signature is good, overall presentation is VG.
