The mantle clock, 8"w x 10"t x 2"d, shows the Admiral surrounded by laurels at top, "Dewey" and Manilla" below that. The lower left shows cannon and balls, the right shows saber, rifle and anchor. In the center is a shield, "1898". The clock is fitted with a 4" clock by Gilbert, Connecticut. The clock's glass dome is present. Clock appears to be original, but not in working order..
