Doly...of the Sixth Heavy Artillery Regiment New York State Volunteers now at Sandy Hook in the State of Maryland...do hereby authorize and empower W.H. Wilcox...to cast for me and in my name an stead...as if I was personally present at the General Election...” Witnessed by Harvy Church Jr. Lieutenant Commadning, 5th NY Artillery. Fine condition.
