A complete and authentic issue of The London Evening Post, April 1, 1779, disbound, 4pp., VG. From the front page, 1/4 page is a listing of "AMERICAN PRISONERS" who "have received sums towards their relief". The list of 79 men occasionally prints a comment such as "Kay, a poor man with five children" and "F and T Vinny and their children". And this one is interesting, "Mrs. Handly of Richmond".
