Hebrew language newspaper, October 15, 1934, 4pp, incomplete, black bordered, occasional archival tape repairs. The front page reports, "Shaul Tchernichovsky" with a two column photo of Tchernichovsky. Shaul Tchernichovsky (1875-1943) was a Russian-born Hebrew poet. He is considered one of the great Hebrew poets, identified with nature poetry, and as a poet greatly influenced by the culture of ancient Greece.
