The eight sided wood plaque, 17" x 17" carries an 11" diameter raised and printed image, of a native American of the Chippewa tribe wearing breast plate of bone, a shell gorget and two feathers. The artist "Hubert Vos, 1900" signs in type in the right side background. This was used as a promotion for "The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York as printed in the background.
