HITLER, Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) was the leader of Germany during World War II, his Naz party used murder and intimidation to take power. He became Chancellor of Germany in 1933 and became dictator in 1934 ruling until 1945 when he killed himself. Typed Document Signed A. Hitler, in German language, 4pp., 8-1/4 11-1/2 Berlin, September 1, 1935, two file holes do not affect signatures, VG. With bold printed heading Im Namen des Reichs (In the Name of the Empire the document) the document appoints 54 military positions including Lieutenant General Heinemann, 3 blind stamp of German Eagle beside the Hitler signature. Also countersigned by the Minister of War and General of the Army.
