GUITEAU, Charles (1840-1882) President Garfield's Assassin. After he was executed, the National Museum of Health and Medicine was under mandate to perform autopsies on criminals in an attempt to find 'anatomical abnormalities' in criminals. A grossly enlarged spleen was the only thing they discovered. Personal Visiting Card Signed, "Charles Guiteau," no date, no place, 2.75" x 3.75," Fine. On blank card stock with black border.
