Small archive includes: Sampson's Book of Psalms, carried by him during the war, with full ID "Waldo B. Sampson, Co. E, 44th M.V. Infy., Newbern, N.C." About VG.…plus; A pass from Stanley Hospital and signed by the surgeon in charge "Guard will pass Sampson to and from Pay Master on business for this hospital." Fine
