American Numismatic Society emblem appears at upper left, "1809 ABRAHAM LINCOLN 1909" below. On the bottom edge, "MEDALLIC ART CO. N.Y. BRONZE."The back is blank. Appealing tan-gold patina, one of 100 struck by Whitehead and Hoag.
