Gen.” and “U.S.G.”, 5”x4”, and reads in full: “Head Quarters, Mil. Div. of the [?] Nashville, Ten. March 1st 1864. Pass Judge Peter M. Dox & Lady to Huntersville, Ala, free, Judge Dox to return at any time. Passage will be given to Stevenson in Hospital train if desired.
